The V1 universal applicator is PLC-controlled and enables precise, replicable operation free from external disruptions. Operator communicates by means of a large, easy-to-read 4.3″ TFT touchscreen display.
Powerful stepper motors allow for high label speeds and minor deviation, which is essential for high productivity and good label quality. The device works with label roll of 300 mm or 400 mm diameter; thanks to its modern design, it is characterised by compact dimensions.
This design allows the applicator to be mounted in places inaccessible to models produced by our competition. The applicator can be equipped with a printer for additional information such as best before date, batch number, etc.
