LABELLING MACHINES AUTOMATIC FOR TUBES AND CARTRIDGES
The tube labeller is ideal for high-volume product batches. The machines can be built based on one of two stabilisation solutions: full depth mandrels or short air mandrels which maintain high pressure in the tubes during labelling.
The use of servo drives allows you to achieve high precision positioning of the container and maintain high productivity. Convenient exchange of formatting equipment allows for quick retool in order to fit different tube diameters. Thanks to our innovative solutions the machine achieves efficiency from 40 to 200 pcs/min, simultaneously corking and labelling on the perimeter and positioning the label in relation to the container.
Possible options of the labelling system:
- simultaneous two-sides label application (front + back),
- the module packing the tubes into the collective packaging after labelling,
- automatic feeding module for collective packaging,
- positioning of the label in relation to the tag on the product,
- positioning of the label in relation to the flip-top closure,
- screwing or capping corks,
- non-stop labelling system,
- safety guards,
- label printers: thermal-transfer or hot-stamping,
- verification of the correct application of the label by means of vision sensors or camera.
